This is a three day course which includes the skills taught in Evacuation and Urban Movements (see course description) and expands upon them out in the field.You will get the opportunity to test your bug out gear while learning the skills necessary to safely commute by foot through dangerous and austere environments. Students will have the opportunity to test their selected gear.

 

A moderate level of fitness will be required of students participating in this course. Between the practical exercises and the scenarios the students will be participating in, this class could very well be called the “apocalympics”.  Great fun will be had by all and family participation is strongly encouraged. This class will prove to be very eye opening and will greatly increase your confidence in your own self reliance.

This course has all knowledge skills taught in classroom on a weekend and then goes to live practical exercise the following Saturday.
